We specialize in three areas:

• Commercial - Currently we are involved in retail, multi story office, restaurant and industrial projects.


• Residential - Our residential portion of our business is two fold: First we have several residential housing developments throughout Minnesota. Second we build high end townhome, twin home and single family homes for sale and lease.


• Design Services - If you have a project or land that you need help on design, construction or financing, our staff has the ability to give you turn key results. We can take on the smallest of projects to entire master planned communities. Our staff has the experience and drive to make your project a reality.
